Default Fun Mesmer AB Build

I made this build to counter all the Touch Rangers and Warriors you see running around in AB.

Me/W

1) Conjure Phantasm
2) Image of Remorse
3) Clumsiness
4) Accumulated Pain
5) Shatter Delusions
6) Cripply Anguish
7) Ethreal Burden
8) Heal Sig

Illusion Magic 12+3+1
Domination Magic 9+1
Fas Casting 8+1
Tactics 5

The build is pretty basic. You use conjure and IoR as your main degen. Crippling Anguish is for monks or any touchers or warriors chasing you. After you have two hexes on your target use Accumulated Pain and then Shatter Delusions to finish off your target. Ethereal Burden you use for energy management. Heal Sig is to be used when needed as long as you are careful. Mesmer low AL + the AL deduction from Heal Sig can hurt if you are getting beat on by a warrior.

~ Warrior: Use Conjure Phantasm + Image of Remorse + Accumulated Pain + Shatter Delusions + Clumsiness

~ Touch Ranger: Crippling Anguish + Conjure Phantasm + Accumulated Pain + Shatter Delusions + Image of Remorse

You have 9 points to Domination only to use Shatter Delusions... Seems like a better idea to me to but them into inspiration and then replace Shatter Delusions with a illusion or Inspiration spell, and then take Either feast over heal sig.. Altho i havent tryed it yet.. Just seems better =S

Accumulated Pain + Shatter Delusions does between 80-90 some dmg and is there to finish off your target. And since Shatter Delusions only costs 5 energy I find it works better than adding in another degen skill.

Hold on... Cume Pain is a spell, not hex.... what on Earth are you shattering?

You shatter the Conjure Phantams or IoR depending on which one you casted first. Accumulated pain is just to add damage and cause Deep Wound.

The first thing I see is: you have all these skills, but no energy to use them.

I recommend swapping Healing Sig for Ether Feast and Ethereal Burden for Drain Enchantment.

Drop Accumulated Pain for Phantom Pain, PP + Shatter is a much more versatile way of giving Deep Wound than AP.

If you're finding self-defence a problem, then try Distortion or Hex Breaker instead of Clumsiness.

i'd drop both tactics and domination and put it all on inspiration. you'll get energy management and mantra of persistance, which works really well with crip anguish (really long duration = useless toucher)...
